Need More Info Game can't start in my main pc

Summary: M&B II Bannerlord don't launch from the launcher, from the Bannerlord.exe or TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.Singleplayer.exe and load infinitely in the task mmanager, I followed the common issues and workarounds thread and this web site -hatauzmani.com/fr/comment-reparer-mount-blade-ii-bannerlord-ne-souvre-pas (i'm french sorry), i verified the files from steam many times, made a clean install again and updated all my drivers.
How to Reproduce: start from steam and play on launcher, launch from the local files Bannerlord.exe and TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.Singleplayer.exe.
