Resolved [Game Breaking] Persuasion Bug

Summary: The circles for a persuasion chance will be in every dialogue option for every npc and this will prevent you from progressing in those dialogue trees. This is a softlock on progress and will not let you talk or interact with any npc or dialogue for all saves for that character.
How to Reproduce: for me the bug occurred after trying to make a lord defect. I failed and reloaded my save. ALL SAVES on this character now have the bug. (I reloaded in the battle deploy scene before fighting him where you can choose attack or send troops)
Version: e1.0.7
Computer Specs:
OS: Win 10
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: i7-8700
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: MSI Gamer Plus Z390
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): HDD

Edit: A save 4 hours behind does not have the bug. Only the save before the interaction and the auto-save from after.
