Need More Info Game breaking bug Ruins all saves and dioloage

Game breaking bug https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2059243771 this photo I posted is a dialogue bug the persuasion success is stuck up top I tried reloading and starting a new campaign and it prevents me from talking too anyone also it breaks the tutorial as well this is my 2nd whole game with 400 days in gone. if you need any save files I have multiple it broke them all let me know if you need them I can send them. Actually i just figured out for me at least verify the files fixed it but its still a pretty bad bug just thought id let you guys know
