Resolved Game breaking bug! I cant play any of my saves now!

I was persuading an NPC and when the things went wrong i quit the game to reload the save file, after I did so everytime i go into a conversation this happens now that itself wouldnt be a problem, but when they talk to you no buttons work, so i cant talk to them or even leave the dialogue and its on all of my saves. Now im unable to play the game at all. :'(

Ive been too dramatic there and after a restard it fixed, sorry

We believe the issue may have been resolved since the creation of this topic.
