Game always crashes after battle's loot interface.

When after a battle I click "DONE" in the loot window, and campaign map should open, the game always crashes. No matter how many times I load the save and try the battle again, no matter if I take prisoners or loot.

To go forward I need to load an earlier save. Then MAYBE after the next battle it doesn't crash. But often does.

Game version 1.8.1e with mods.

The error log says:
Exception occurred inside invoke: ExecuteCompleteTranstactions
Target type: TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem.ViewModelCollection.Inventory.SPInventoryVM
Argument count: 0
Inner message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Anyone have found a solution to this?

Happens but found no solution?

(Sigh. Two days now I've fought this siege defence battle over and over again, always crashing. Would not want to go previous save...)
