Game Acceleration?

I'm using M7 & Hugemod mods respectfully, so i'm not sure if that whats causing or not.

But one's i hit 8 riding/8 athletics/8 horse archery, it looks like the game suddenly picks up speed. Everything just goes ALOT faster, i can't even normally horse archery anymore since your mouse movement speed has like doubled (even though i didnt touch sensitivity) have to actually dismount to get some normal archery done.

Maybe you could try getting them to 9?

Same here.

I'm below those levels, and I'm not using any mods...
I've tried re-installing, and that doesn't seem to have any effect.
