Fuzzy textures.

I have fuzzy textures, everything from text to the texture on characters, horses, armor etc. is fuzzy and low quality. I've messed with the graphic setting to no avail. Also tried reinstalling with no results.

I have a 1600x1200 widescreen monitor with Windows Vista and an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT and 4.0 gigs of RAM.

Try upgrading your graphic card to the latest version.

I've already updated my drivers. No effect.

In your video card's control panel, try setting the mipmapping and antristrophic settings to "quality" or "high quality". If you are using the simplified control panel layout, do this with the quality slider instead.
