First of all, No offence to the guys working so hard on this mod but this is funny. 
So exactly how is the village of Tshibtin “very rich and prosperous” when the “streets are littered with the bodies of the recently dead” (it has been like that for months)? 

I am guessing they have a very lucrative coffin / cremation business...

certainly, there would be more guys with carts. there must be deadly competition (literally) for all those dead bodies, I guess.

But on a more serious note - yeah, I would like the prosperity & health to have some strong relationship.  Its quite incongruous to have it say rich & prosperous while also littered with the dead.  Should never happen...

Well, it has it's own twisted logic. When there's a lot of dead people, there's fewer people to share wealth between, so all of them must be frucking rich
