Fully armed / Mounted Archer / Bow Expert Character skills not working

Throwing > Fully armed > 1 extra thrown weapon per pack.

Replication:
Equip the 3x harpoon.
Equip the upgrade
result : You will still only have 15 total harpoons in battle
Expected: You should have 18 total harpoons (+1 per pack)

Bow > Mounted Archer > can use any bow on horseback
Equip a noble long bow
Equip the upgrade in bow section
Result: Cannot pull the bow out in battle
Expected result : You should be a bow to use a noble long bow from horse

Riding > Bow Expert > You can use any bow on horseback
Equip a noble long bow
Equip the upgrade in bow section
Result: Cannot pull the bow out in battle
Expected result : You should be a bow to use a noble long bow from horse
*NOTE* I tested bow expert in conjunction with mounted archer on this save, so I had both equiped when replicating this 3rd issue.
