Baron
A warm day dawns. Great patches of grass are already starting to uncover from underneath the snow. The last of the frozen winds have blown, and you must be some of the few to have survived them. In a land unknown to you and undoubtedly far from your birthplace, you find yourself with your friend. But now that you've survived the harsh freeze, you are in the weakest of conditions, you are hungry and cold, and survival is far from guaranteed.

Our friends Roundy and Pointy carry with them some rags of clothing, Pointy has a walking stick and Roundy carries on his back a fur cape.

That fallen tree looks fairly old. Considering the cold temperatures, and the recently started spring thaw, there may be some dry wood/branches by the tree with which to start a fire.

I agree with Lyze, go collect dry firewood. Looks to be pine which means the branches close to the middle of the tree should be perfectly burnable.

What can they see? Are they stuck in a tundra or is there a forest or mountain somewhere? Is there any wildlife in sight? They have some rags of clothing, but what exactly are they wearing? How is the grass there? what are said grass's tensile properties? do they have a pot? What's in that den over there?

Full INVENTORY! no blades, hatch or anything?

I listed everything they have on them except for their hats.

Hyperion 说:
Look for dry wood around the trees, especially the dead one, look around if there's any landmarks in sight.

The duo reckons their first priority should be to start a fire, and the dead tree's branches seem to be the perfect fuel for one. They manage to get a fair few dry branches. Some good looks around in all directions show them only more plains of snow, and off in the distance there is still a packing of clouds.

There appears to be a vaguely human shaped lump on the bottom left. Go check it out.

right, they're ****ed. honestly, they're die of starvation before the spring greens come in unless they can get some rope from the grass, (Which hasn't come in), and trap something to eat. gods, if they even had a blade or something i know some stuff to keep them alive but in this case their totally screwed. I think their best hope is to move onto a different area before they weaken too much from starvation to move.

go check the lump; it might have some essential gear.

Yeah, come to think of it, where the hell did that come from?  :???:

Actually, it's probably cold as **** and screw around with you. I'd collect it, then warm it over the fiya.

Collect it with what?

Drink it, it's good for you. Also, I get the impression it's not that cold anymore. If they survived the harsh of winter I'm sure they can deal with the spring weather easily. The snow's melting which means it's above 0 degrees C anyways, nobody's gonna die from that.

they don't have anything to hold it in, silly above said that. ****'s melting fast, so the melt water appeared out of nowhere. The water will be fine.

Hypothermia ain't much of an issue, they have a fire and the temperature is above 237K. Their clothes are dry. they'll be fine.

Tiberius Decimus Maximus 说:
Their hats?
Over the fire?

Hyperion 说:
Hypothermia doesn't stop at 237K, Ruth.
If they don't have hypothermia currently, they probably won't get it. Besides, there's sunlight and fire. Should be good.
