In Progress Frozen on Faction Selection

Summary: When I join to a custom server, after the game is loaded and faction selection screen is shown, the game freezes occasionaly. This happens mostly as soon as I joined to server, see the faction selection screen and 1-2 seconds pass. What I observe is that, the issue mostly happens when large number of people joins the server at the same time I join. I can't exit or click anything when I got stuck there and I have to terminate the game from the task manager or Alt+F4. The issues happens for a long time since early versions.
How to Reproduce: Join a custom server, wait the game to be loaded and occasinal freeze on faction selection.
