From map to server?

Recently I've become interested in mapping.
What I did was take a map that was already in the game (Waterloo map for Mount&Musket) and edited it to my likings. (Don't know if it matters, but it's supposed to be a battle map) I have deux questions:

1) How can I change the name of the map so it shows up in-game as the name I want

2) Exactly how do I import my map into the server rotation?
