Fresh Start Needed?

Hi Everyone,

Just curious, do we need to start a fresh campaign in order for the patch to be applied in-game? Is this how it will always be?

But it asks if you want to load without the modules. So I assumed that would mean the patch, but it's just not clear so looking for a definite answer on this .

It should work with old saves, or at least it did for me after clicking yes, but it seems some are having compatibility issues .

When you're at your savegames screen, in the upper right corner there are versions of each save. I would assume you have to create a new character for the patches to work

Just try to load anyways, it worked just fine for me and for others. Once you save after loading it will update the game save to the new version.

**** I already deleted my old save... Damn... I mean I played on easy mode and used the wood workshop glitch so I guess not much progress was lost. Gonna start a new save anyway
