Summary: So essentially whenever I hold V to use the team voice-com the game entirely freezes up for 2-3~ seconds, like a micro-stutter but not very micro.
How to Reproduce: Use voice I guess
Scene Name (if related): Happened on Trading Post but I imagine it'd happen on all Skirmish maps
