I have the exact same problem still today, game running buttering smooth then sudden complete freeze for a couple of seconds.

I have the same problem and I think it's because of the corps. The more I stay in the game the more I'm freezing. I add in solo the remain corpse to none but I don't think it work for online. In game with less people like 5 I can stay more time without freezing.
