Resolved Freeze when pressing ALT on inventory screen

Pressing alt on the inventory/trade screen sometimes causes the game to freeze.
No error message, no CTD.
GPU usage rises, probably because fps becomes uncapped. CPU usage drops. Memory stays constant.
Game process continues and has to be killed from task manager.

To reproduce: do stuff on the inventory/trade screen and keep pressing ALT until it happens.
Version: Any, probably. Currently on 1.4.2. Has been happening since at least 1.3.0.
Specs: Win10, i9 9900, GTX 1080, etc.
