i have a question about freelancing, in the game i have decided to serve as a soldier the emperor of the estern latin empire, have passed 25 days after my enlist and i don't see any promotion only the payment of my sevices.
How i can rank up? i need to evolve my character in base of the soldier statistic board?

u have to lvl up, up ur skill etc. coz the old rate of promotions was way too quick

I have all the requirement to rank up, but arrive a message"your arms are too weak for to be promoted to artillary". where is the problem?
another thing, when i be a freelancer of the estern latin empire i receive the rank of a byzantine soldier and not the rank of a latin soldier

ok, i see the troop tree and many troops require throwing and bow, you have try to be a freelancer for a kingdom? you rank up with no problems?
