freelancer problem

i played like freelancer but i have a problem. I can't uptaded my rank. I have all the XP that i need but i wait for 30 gays and i have alway the same items and ranke

You probably don't have the right stats yet. If you're upgrading into a calvary troop, for instance, you probably need 2 Riding skill. If your next upgrade would be Heavy Infantry, you need a certain amount of strength, etc. Check your stats to see if you have any deficiencies.

how i can see how many i must have in each state because on the three i see the second rank is with 140 in one-handed, 7 in running, 18 in strengh. I think it isn't that or i must uprage to the 20th level at the least
