Starting on the 11th, all the Battlefield 1 expansions will be free for a week, and once you have them they're yours to keep. I'd still like to get Battlefield 1, so this might be my chance to buy the game and get all the DLCs for free. I just hope the playerbase doesn't dry up once Battlefield 5 comes out.

It won't, because Battlefield 1 has a cool and rather rare setting and is at least semi-historical. Battlefield 5 on the other hand is just an elaborate joke.
