Frames repeating? (M&B freezes)

Hello guys, this is my first post, and I need help.

Whenever I play Warband, the game starts to freeze and repeats the last frames.. If I alt tab it fixes this, but I dislike having to alt tab every 30 seconds. It's like this-- I can't post videos that show it.

My computer is not bad at all, It runs battles near 80 fps (Which is max for me since I put the max 80 due to some recommendations.)

CPU: Intel Celeron E3300
Ram: 2.1 gigs
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5G41-M LX2/GB (LGA775)
Video card: 1024MB ATI Radeon HD 4650 (XFX Pine Group)
Monitor: SAMSUNG (1440x900@60Hz)

I've tried a couple solutions, none of them work.

I can't load textures on demand. That'll crash Warband for some reason.
I tried force single thread. didn't work
Changed resolution, put it into windowed mode. didn't work
Changed FPS to 80. Didn't work. (Still is 80)
Turned off blood, corpse, ragdolls, did a lot of graphics changes. Didn't work

Anyone care to help?

Oh, my battle size is 96. Still won't work.

Try to increase your virtual memory. That is most likely the issue, you can Google instructions easily.
