I have noticed on two separate computers that I have an issue where while playing multiplayer, I get a frameskip occasionally that coincides with a troop spawning in. The first computer is a desktop pc with an AMD 7970 and an intel i5 4790; while the second is a laptop with an Nvidia gtx 1070 and intel i7 6700.
As it is on two separate computers, it is probably related to settings.
