Summary:

As soon as the scene editor opens, my FPS drops to between 6 and 8 while I am in the editor. As soon as I tab out of it, I am back up to 144. It is making the editor impossible to use. I've verified files but nothing needs to be downloaded/fixed. I have tried lowering settings and it doesn't appear to matter. It happens on all of the scenes as well as the default empty scene that you get when you first open the editor. The editor will occasionally kill display to both of my monitors as well (which I'm guessing means there are GPU/driver errors or issues). Here's a link to the crash log for one of those instances: 2022-12-21_19.11.28_d3d1b4c9296755d96c743e746dce35fd

Bannerlord itself runs fine, both inside scenes and in the menus, as does my PC for all manner of other games. It's only the editor which is having this issue. This has been happening to my editor ever since I verified editor files as part of my response to this post: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index...sounds-not-playing-in-mp.456242/#post-9848077

How to Reproduce:

Maybe verify editor files through steam and see if it messes up your editor? Otherwise I'm not sure.

Specific Tool: Scene Editor

Media (Screenshots & Video):

Note the 6fps in the corner in the picture.

Bumping this to reopen. Just had my screen flash black when opening a scene and the editor crashed to desktop. Upon relaunching the modding kit and opening the editor, my FPS dropped to 6-8. If I click off of the editor and into another application the FPS seems to rebound just fine, but clicking back into the editor kills FPS again.

Here are a few crashes that I got this evening after trying to test out the editor after this started happening again:

opening a scene in the scene editor:

All of these crashes are happening now with the new GPU drivers (527.56), I have not tried reinstalling the editor again in case you need me to test certain things with this broken one. Please advise.

Was not able to find this it would be great if you can recreate this crash and send it again.
Thank you.

This MIGHT be the same one? Both of my monitors went black for a few seconds on this one so I think GPU crashed and had to restart.
