Need More Info FPS issues

I cannot play the game properly. I have a problem with my fps. I updated my drivers. Set all the setting to the lowest options possible. changed the right setting in Nvidia control and still, I get insane bad stutters. I cannot play any battles without getting between 1 and 10 fps.
I should be able to run the game almost at max.
Windows 10 home 64 bits
Intel(r) Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz
8 GB RAM

Anyone any tips?

That's weird. I can run it but not properly, it lags so badly.

Yes same thing here. But my PC stutter even in the world map. When I monitored my hardware performance, I realized that the GPU usage drops randomly. And it is the main cause of the stutters. GPU temp is stable, CPU clock and temp are all stable. So I do not think it is because of Vram throttling. Locking the FPS to 60 helps a little bit. But it is not about the ram. Common thing is the Nvidia cards, all of us has an Nvidia card and it stutters. TaleWorlds need to fix it.

Did you turn on your vsync? I have a Nvidia card and it works fine for me with vsync on.
