Alright so If you progress the story without giving Sigurd 200 men (but accept the quest to do so), and then go back later and give them to him (im about to fight the 1400 something army in west seaxe) it reopens the quest to go to Ulf's farm....which obviously cannot be gone through again dialogue wise.
Suggestion, make Sigurd's 200 men quest fail after already talking to Ulf (by the other half of the story quest). If patched make it occur in previous saves as well, or we have a derpy fault, that wont go away.
