Resolved Formation bug, missing directional arrow bug in Captain Mode

Summary: Hey. I often play captain mode and after the latest patch, the directional arrow disappeared and the green flags now do not show the position after changing the direction. I'm not quite sure if this is a bug, but I would like to hope that the arrow and green flags will be returned, as it was very comfortable to use when choosing a direction.

The second bug is that now, also after the last update, in captain mode, units move very slowly in the Shield wall and Square formations, much slower than before. And absolutely all units, not only those that have shields. Because of this, a new guys often can not have time to go into battle and remain far behind. Previously, the movement speed was reduced, but not by so much and, for example, it did not affect the speed of units that do not have shields. Now you can often see how two handed warriors slowly walk around the battlefield.

First one is bug but the second one is intended. We first changed this value while 1.5.5 was still on beta.
Moving in formation speed limits were not applied properly, they have been fixed and speeds were reduced overall, This is especially noticeable in shield wall, circle and square arrangements.

After some of the feedback we received from the players we decided to this:
Agent speed limits were decreased drastically while moving in formation, this proved a bit too much and was increased in some arrangement types closer to their previous value.

We might want to increase it again, but for that, please share your opinion regarding this here.

Forwarded the first issue to the QA team. Thanks for reporting!
