Force tournament participants in Developer console?

Does anyone know how I could place a specific AI hero in a tournament? I fought against a 20 year old Aserai Hero that I can't seem to locate, she was one of the new 160+ added characters. She was in a girl's body and completely un-hittable by me or the AI and won, even against the insane 250+ skill one-hander sword swinger. She was absolutely terrible and could barely score any strikes but since nobody could touch her she just fought forever. I swore her name started with an M but when I went back through the list none of the names matched who I remember fighting.

I'd like to find her and reproduce with no mods at all loaded, but not sure how I can force her to be in a tourney.

I was kind of bummed since the reward was Imperial Lamellar.

I fought a noble like that once. I wonder if it was the same character. She looked like a child, she was so small. I wanted to check out her stats afterwards but forgot and clicked out. I assumed that she was just too young and had child immunity like the kids in Skyrim
