I feel like they're clearly losing money on it, but maybe I'm wrong.

The problem is that they really aren't.

The average buyer never hears of any criticism of a game because they do not seek it out.

The average player will never go through the effort of getting a refund, even if they are thoroughly disappointed. Most will even continue to buy the next game, perhaps even pre-ordering it, despite the fact that they were disappointed by the first.

We can always hope they will improve the game and fix the balancing. But it's Ubisoft so they won't lmao.

I don't think I've played the game enough yet to get annoyed at it's flaws (still below 20 hours due to work and some other things).
