Summary: Sometimes when the game crashes there is a window explaining something went wrong and announcing files will be gathered. After they have all been transmitted, there is a notice about following up "in person" and giving an arcane link. A crash I had tonight generated this one:
2022-06-13_03.25.07_f4f2f30e5b9d1728585676f903daae4b

What can I do with this information? How do I follow up? It's not at all clear to me. In this case I have a screenshot of two GPU Error messages that appeared, and the only way I can think to pass it on is in the report.

(Incidentally, as I typed in the "what were you doing" box, I had just begun sieging Seonon, and I ESCaped to save off. The error messages appeared over the main menu.)

Here is the shot of the error messages.

This crash is a GPU crash. Which is different from the other crashes that can be caused by gameplay actions. While we are still investigating the issue there is not a definite fix that we can offer on this issue at the moment. You can try the workaround below but please note that it is not a solid fix. Thanks for reporting. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A possible fix for RGLGPU_DEVICE::LOCK_TEXTURE Crash
If you are crashing in the middle of the game with the “RGLGPU_DEVICE::LOCK_TEXTURE” error, you can try the workaround below to fix it:
  • Expanding the swap size on your hard disk. You can find more info regarding this here.
