Follow Spy Mission, how do you finish this one?

The problem i've had is i've never seen the spy actually leave the city in question nor do I get a message from my own spy (according to the quest),which alerts me when the target is leaving.

I do always find the person he's suppose to meet, and capturing him is easy, but seems i can complete the whole quest, any pointers? Thanks!

when you are assigned the quest, you automatically wait for a bit.

Then you look around the city for a small track (1 person).

You follow this until you reach a group of caravan guards and an unremarkable person.

Attack this party.

make sure to use a blunt weapon to knock unconcious the unremarkable person (identifiable by the courser they are riding).

When you capturethe unremarkable person as a prisoner, another unremarkable person will appear. attack them and knock them unconcious. Take them as your prisoner.

When they are both in your prisoners, take them back to the quest giver to recieve your reward.

Thanks cap'n - i realize what the problem is, i think i was killing one of them by accident, and only capturing one instead of two!

no problem.

and yh, lol, that would do it. It can be a bit of a pain in the ass to do. Especially if your troops don't carry blunt weapons (swadian knights).

I have often thought about keeping a few mountain bandits handy for when this quest comes up. But then I reconsidered.

Ultimately, you have to do it yourself.
