You can use all mods for 1.143. If you use mods for 1.134 with warband 1.143, expect the item bug.

But Floris mods are all 1.34? So what im saying is i cant get all these changes to my game anymore? i have to go and find other mods? Anyone know any mods that are similar to his?

Floris mod is in the process of being updated to 2.5. The new version will be for warband 1.143. Up until then you can only play Floris bugfree with warband 1.134.

There are a few compilation/native addon mods. Top of my head would be Scaedumar and Native Expansion.

Well you should keep your 1.143 version of the game - otherwise you will have to download it again, once the new version is out. Just make sure not to install 1.134 into your 1.143 folder.

I have it on steam...anyway to disable it from auto matic updating? that way it doesnt change my 1.34 to 1.43 later on?

The link i gave you is the taleworlds version of the game. Steam wont influence it. You do need to get your game key from steam to unlock the game though. (I believe.)

Ok so now im having another problem...i installed all the mods and attached them to 1.34, i get in the game and its giving me invalid red errors saying "unable to get banner"...

Basicly its having issues putting the banner on my shields. The shields are coming up see through.

What if I want three of the following mods :
•Custom Commander
•Diplomacy
•Pre-Battle Orders & Deployment
I just want these three , is there anyway to do it with the floris basic pack.

At the moment, no, there is no way to do this with the Floris Basic Pack.
Bismark, the compiler of the Open Source Project (currently Custom Commander + Diplomacy + some minor things) is supposed to be updating that compilation to include Pre-Battle Orders & Deployment, but it is unclear if or when that will happen.

You interest me.
As a former player of M& B, I want to experience a deeper game through modifications like Diplomacy, PBOD and maybe Custom Commander. Ideally I want Diplomacy Mod plus things like troops correctly using and switching weapons (couching lance !), really logic stuff you know and we should have got as far from Warband shipped.

So, now that I just bought my copy of Warband and Steam autopatched it to 1.143 how can I achieve this (at least I ve seen Diplomacy is compatible with 1.143 since yesterday as well as Custom Commander is - but how to 'melt' them. And is there a way to add PBOD content without crashing the game ) ?


NB : I suppose uninstalling the game and patching it to the non-last version won't allow me to play online like I did today, right ?

You could always use version 1.134 for SP and 1.143 for MP.

Since you are using 1.143 via steam, you shouldnt have a problem with directories.
