Getting so real (drools) next release so you  guys already have a realsase for 1.011?

But its a bit dark would it be scary at night?
 
If you're talking about TLD next release, this is not the place to discuss it. But no, we're still working on a 1.011 port + graphics, sounds and music update.

BTW, anybody knows what's up with killkhergit? He didn't reply to the PM I sent him and looks like he hasn't been around lately.

Some explanation: What does this mod do considering textures? This mod replaces a file called 'textures.brf'/'materials.brf'. It stores the old one in a backup folder to be used by the uninstaller. 

What are materials (confused about textures)? Materials are applied to a model. A material tells the game what shader to use/the use of normal maps/the use of specular maps/the use of alpha etc. Textures are needed for some of those things, like for example a normal(bump) map texture (the orange-blue-ish images), a specular image (greyscale) and of course the main texture.

How should it work? If you've installed this mod on a MnB install, and then run Native, everything works fine. Mods which do not use their own 'textures.brf'/'materials.brf' and do load the original 'textures.brf'/'materials.brf' work fine.

And when does it not work? Mods which use their own version of 'textures.brf'/'materials.brf' do not load the textures/materials needed by the new models. Also, mods which replace my 'textures.brf'/'materials.brf' (depends on install order) will make the new textures unloadable.

Nice example of the effect of replacing of both files. First both the files are replaced by the flora one. Then PB is installed. Trees go white. Then trees is reinstalled. Buildings go white.

So, why don't you store the textures/materials in a stand-alone file? I would then have to let the installer replace 'module.ini' (which stores loading order) in every mod that's installed. It would then still not work if a mod is installed afterward. Sucks.

Looks nice! No doubt I'll be using them in a next version after the 2-sided shader is fully implemented. Which may take a few days, because BRFedit isn't able to reexport the doubled meshes so I can pluck out the leaf copies. I'll also be upping the detail a bit on some trees.

 
Cool beans! Definitely want to test this, I'd also like to get my hands on that shader and redo all the sail mesh on the ships in the Hari Ragat mod.

this mod is very nice I just think that the leaves are a but tilled,cloned
I don't know how it's called in english but it looks like you made 3 4 faceswith diferent rotations ,put the texture on them,and you put that  4 faces over the tree but anyway it's an awsome work I always thinkend to redone all m&b flora

do you have interest in some day,in the future, make the ''Flora Enhancement Mod 2.0'' with me?

Hello Guys!

My actual skills for modding are LESS than weak- I can't do anything. But the truth is i LOVE LOVE LOVE this mod + Panoramic mod, and i am very upset that there are no ports of this mods for Warband. So is it possible for someone to catch up with this idea - I can even pay him, really! i can't play Warband without these mods. PLEASE GUYS - Can't somebody work this out :sad: :sad: :sad:
 
Hey, do we (mount and musket battalion) have permission to use your mod in our ?
 
how i hope there is a new vision for 1.134...
present vision makes  chainmail horses disappear and the knights fly around like supermen lol
