Currently all dungeons have this torture room that's not utilised. My idea is to have an activity that's similar to smithing, i.e. it's capped to 100 points and is not particularly graphic..and you can flog your prisoners. Every flog will cause the prisoner either to hate you more or convert to your side and this roll will be adjusted based on the prisoner's valor score.
Also, every flogging will increase your cruelty trait.
Maybe also a forced confession type scenario where you can justify execution?
As it is, the game seems rather flat. I fight, I capture, they escape...and so it goes. There's only so much of that before it gets boring. Some other activities would be most welcome.
