Flashing map and ground looks like sky

Have no clue why this happens everything is fine in game for about 5 min then the map starts flashing and when in battle the ground is the color of the sky. My driver is a ATI Radeon HD 3650.

Try:
1) Catalyst 10.4 drivers.
2) 1.113 patch.
3) Test with DirectX 7 mode.
