In Progress Flashing Colors During Seige

Summaryuring ang siege or field battle, when i look at the troops crazy colors start flashing at the screen so fast they could give me a seizure.
I am playing on XBOX Series X on Fidelity Mode with an 4k LG OLED TV. Happens 70% of the time
How to Reproduce: Fight any large battles. Happens most often during large sieges in fidelity mode and look around at troops and the environment once the fighting starts
