In captains mode, I want there to be the ability for me to see what type of my allied units are in what part of the map. You can do this when you press ALT in singleplayer battle maps. This does not exist in captains mode. I also want to see what unit type my allies have on the chat screen (maybe right after their name). Given the type of unit they have, the messages they send will be better understood and processed. I can easily press tab and look at which unit owner wrote which message, but that I think is a waste of time.
Also please make it possible to see in chat whose units have been wiped out and who still remains. Pressing tab to do this is time consuming and unncessary I think.
This could even be extended to viewing the enemy units (maybe too revealing to see enemies).
This is especially important for Cavalry units, to decide when to charge and help out allies.
