Fitness and all things fitness related (AKA: Eat your goddamn oats.)

So my old high school went into repair and thus no more gym for me. I was getting used to working out 5 times a week: MMA twice and gym on the other days. My schedule doesn't make it quite as feasible attending more MMA practices than currently, although that'd be ideal. Currently trying to at least get a 5km run or some heavy bag work in at home on my off days.

Also my thumb has been swollen for days because I keep hitting it.  :dead:

You tread the line between impressive and worrisome with quite some skill.

It tastes fine but it's not quite pleasant to drink.
I don't hate it, to be honest. What bothers me more than the texture, is that the powder required to make 500kcal "meal" clumps when you just dump it all at once in the shaker and fill it with water. You have to gradually add the powder and shake between. It's a first world problem, but, well, I do live in the first world. I've noticed I've been sleeping much better the three days since it arrived, but that may very well be a coincidence. Still, makes me wonder if I have had some vitamin/mineral deficiency.

Do you guys track your workouts and meals? I gave up tracking with my food with MyFitnessPal since I can pretty much eyeball my daily calories and my weight doesn't fluctuate anymore. I have a spreadsheet with my workouts so I can keep track though. Kind of motivates me to do something every day too just so I can fill in the cells with another workout.

Kurczak have you not heard of an electric blender? I mean it still clumps a bit in the blender and it's a birch to clean but no shaking is required.
I've never kept proper track of my meals, my weight is generally stable unless I am trying to shift it. When I was t o get heavier I just eat more in general and when cutting I skip breakfast. Workout wise I should start writing down how much I'm lifitng hown!any times etc but it's pretty easy to just remember it since I do almost the same full body workout everyday. Legs being the exception.
How frequently should one squat if one wants a strong core and legs but also wants to do judo\jitsu\mma regularly and doesn't want their lower back to be fudged?

I have, but it still clumps a bit in the blender and it's a birch to clean  Seriously though, it's less of a hassle to do it manually one scoop at a time.

I keep keep a fairly close record my macros, but none whatsoever of micros. Gym is 90% improvization, I don't have any goals other than postponing the inevitable, but I still write down miles per week and average mile time.

I don't know what I weigh atm but I seem to be making some gains up top. Not quite where I want to be but getting there. Not sure what I'm gonna do when I actually get heavy.

My mum seemed to give a look of mild suprise when she saw me wondering about without a shirt after working out so I guess that's a win right?
