at first i had issue with the lag even after putting all my setting in low and medium but turns out its just because i had too many internet tab open wich took too much ressource for the game (i still have the blurr when moving unchecked because it stink)
tho i still have sometimes a bit of lag and at the beggining of a battle my opponent have an extra 10s to come at me before i organize my troops but that okay the game is still in early access, even if i found a lot of bug as examplle i dont know if its intended or not but our brother get caught by the thief we caught at the beginning and the encyclopedia say he is in a town when he isnt while the thief is somewhere else and no new our 2 sibling since they dont even show up in the family when i look at the encyclopedia, speaking of wich its very hard to find how to open it. a lot of funny bug appen sometime when i press space to pause in the campaign map like opening the custom char menu or turning all the texture of the map into a lot of purple line (wich i think are the edge of the 3d model of the map)
also i have a funny saddle that reach the sky and above
But overall its a very promising game especially with the perk and an overall better ui and a real story
