My initial impression - personally I'd like a mod that allows less guns for AI bandits and such.
When I'm fighting a snotty group brigands I don't like to feel that I can die at any instant.

I second this gun play in with fire and sword isn't as balanced as it is in SOD:warlords. honestly there is very little in WFaS that SOD:Warlords doesn't have and almost nothing it does better matter of fact he only thing I can think of that I like in WFaS over SOD is the appointments but pretty much everything else is better in SOD.

Definitely one set in the age of Buckingham, Louis XIII, Richelieu, the works. Romance, dalliance, strong women, war, duels, adventure, and a peculiar notion of correct moral behavior. Not to mention the political intrigue.

A side  thought for OP: didn't they tell you that your eyes could get stuck like that? Then how would you play this game?

1866 sp in Mount and Blade and they have a multiplayer version for Warband. You can be real bad ass in the Old West in that.

I played Hundred Years war for a while, I ran BS for only ~10 minutes.

Go to your modules folder in Warband and copy mod folder you want into wfas modules folder.
Thenn select a mod from drop menu and run it. Land textures and text will be different than warband but you can play it.

So,why would any modder make a mod for WF&S if it's the same thing as making mod for warband,or maybe WF&S has a few things that can be used,like guns or other stuff.I'm not a modder but it seems pointless to me!

Napoelonic Wars would be an obvious setting using the firearms. A mod dealing with the East India Company and/or Mahratta Wars in India could also be excellent. Many options for factions, dirty dealing and adventure. American settlers/American Revolution could also work, and would take advantage of mounted archery, although an India mod would also use it.

Someone else mentioned a highwaymen mod, that could be a lot of fun. The English Civil War would also work for this time setting. I think there's lots of options just looking at historical settings.

WHOOOOO I liked all those I was thinking pirates and cowboys but  that's so cool. specially the East India with some boats and the American revolution (playing as a red coat ) so coooool man.
