SP - Player, NPCs & Troops Finding runaway daughter (Recruitable Character)

Once you finish a quest to bring back someones daughter (I did this in Khuzait territory).
The character that you can then later recruit (the daughter), to have with you as a follower, have starting stats of 0 on everything, and what is worse, is that they start with -120 skill points.

This means that it is impossible to level them.

I am okay with them starting a 0, but -120 makes them useless at this point as followers.

First she hated me cause i killed her lover the next moment she had a generetic background and wanted to join my party for a ridiculous price with peasant equipment. I think the option of recruiting her is a bug.
