Fighting battles reduces relations of liege

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue where if you are a vassal, the relations of your liege dramatically decreases from fighting battles and participating in sieges. After fighting just a few today, my relations to Lucon have dropped to -31 without even talking to him or doing anything which would negatively affect relations. The only thing I have been doing is fighting battles for the Northern Empire, which leads me to believe its this which is causing it. Please fix ASAP as its impossible to progress with relations being so bad with my liege. It seems others are experincing this bug as evident by this reddit thread:

I have this issue too, but I didn't know it came from fighting in battles. I noticed my relationship with his clan was mysteriously at -50 too when I was last playing.
I hope fighting battles with other nobles is supposed to raise relations, or even saving them from defeat. I almost never receive anything in return for saving a lord from trouble. It seems random when I do get any relationship bonus from them.

I'm also having this issue. My relationship with the ruling clan was somehow at -59, despite me fighting multiple battles in their armies. I just noticed when I rescued an allied party from some looters, after thanking me for saving their life, my relations with their clan dropped from 1 to -19 immediately. Any attempts to increase relations(such as fighting alongside them, clearing hideouts in their territories, and supporting them with influence on the clan screen) either do not increase relations, or decrease them.
