Fief starving

I now have a castel and two villages but they are starving mainly due to ennemy attacks. I have in stock hundreds of grain and food but I can't give them a unit. I just can look at them starving. Because of the starving the buildings have stopped totally. I really don't know what to do to help my people.

Please help me!
