Female Vassals &Banner Carriers

First of all, I want to say I love the game!!! Though I have been wondering for a while, will female vassals be called noblewomen since they are women of each differing Kingdom/Empire? And how does one get banner carriers? I have already married a Vlandian girl, named Liena and I recruited one or two of her banner knights but none of them carry a banner. Are banner carriers in the game? Devs, please let me know, I really want to find out if players in general can get banner carriers. I also want to know if female vassals will be called noblewomen of which ever kingdom they are from.(For example, Liena is a noblewoman of Vlandia not a nobleman)

I rescued & recruited a Vlandian Bannerman (I forget the name) from an Imperial army. Not sure if it was a glitch or not. In any case, the banner had a weird brown texture on it. Looked like a UV map or something. In battle, the flag itself would freak out and get super stiff and flat, or bend as if it was a mildly flexible plastic. They didn’t look like the banners seen in previous gameplay vids. Note that I had the Developer Console installed so perhaps that did something.

If you have cheats enabeld you can open your inventory and there you can find some banners to give to companions, might not be the same ut you get a banner XD

What is the name of the particular item? And how do I give armor etc to companions? I can't seem to equip companions atm.... I was looking through the cheat inventory and couldn't find it.

You havent found out how to equip your companions yet XD? Open your inventory or start a trade in a city, then next to your name you have arrows, click on them and it will switch between your companions, same on character menu to see their stats.

Yeah I thought it would work by talking to them. Hmm ok thank you!! I will do this when I play again.

Update: Ok so the problem was the big banners. I think those ones are bugged. The small campaign banners work perfectly and aren't static when you are far away.
Now someone please answer my second question regarding female vassals and their title. Will female vassals have their title of noblemen changed to noblewomen instead? It makes more sense that way because they are women, regardless that they can fight.

i think their title will be noble for the time being, the devs focus on playability before they add new content.

Well I hope in time they will fix the grammar mistakes. For some reason, one of the Imperial vassals mentions the Empress as him instead of her lol.
Update: I also hope devs will see this. Three things that need to be added in: Noblewoman title for female vassals, being able to sit on thrones in imperial towns/castles and ofc banner men. I am sure these things will be added in once every other major thing is done.

Ackhually, the word man does not specifically mean male in this context. At the time the game draws inspiration from man meant human, man as a term for male human came later. Noblewoman as a title would be anachronistic.

I've seen some towns mention a baroness in charge, in Vlandia particularly since that Kingdom already has such titles. At least to some extent, the female vassals have their proper titles. But like I said in the post below, noblewoman will cause less confusion. Therefore like what you said above, if titles of female vassals are changed to let's say Baroness or Shield Maiden or Maiden Knight etc, that would be cool. But overall, they are still noblewomen.

Pfft. So? The term will confuse some people to think they are men instead of women even though they are women. I can understand the term's meaning from the past of man meaning human kind but it doesn't mean everyone will understand that. It's what's necessary to avoid confusion. In the early days, they did have titles of noblewomen and noblemen. The definition of anachronistic means old fashioned and in case you haven't noticed, the game is set during medieval times which means it would be accurate to have anachronistic means to it and it still applies today. Men are men. Women are women. Besides, you can't really expect that grammatical error of Empress Rhagea to be mentioned as him cuz first of all, Rhagea is a woman. That should be fixed in time after the devs finish the major stuff. You basically proved me right.

I am well aware of what the devs are focusing on. I'm only saying that I am hoping they won't forget.
