Need More Info Female Companion Baldness Bug (Maybe intended?)

Summary: came across a female companion that appears to be bald in her picture showing she in in the tavern. When I went to talk to her she had the northern hat on. Which didn't show in her picture.
How to Reproduce: don't know only encountered once.
