The starting story seems quite unimportant. At first I tried to stick to a concept but the skills and focuses are important so I quickly gave up. IIRC in WB there were free points so we were able to compensate the obtained stats. We have some free focus here, too, but there was no warning of it.

Perks choices should be changed anytime.

Constantly snow-capped regions are very disappointing.

Some trade goods placements are quite illogical. Climate should be taken into account when setting resources on the map. Olives are typical mediterranian fruits, etc.
I didn't find a good place for jeweller workshop, there aren't silver mines or they produce very few ore. Woodworks workshop brings few income even with cheap resource.
After a while trade is not really profitable. Everything gets too expensive. There are very few cheap sources and far away from expensive regions.
Prices fall too much when selling some goods.

Why there is no xp when trading with caravans, villager groups and villages?

I cannot rename my character. I can rename my clan, but not the hero in the character menu.

High level companions are disappointing. The old game had a charm by advancing our group of heroes.

The cape/cloak slot should be used on a single name when referring to it not both.


Where are the flexible weapons? Slings and flails.
Why spears have extremely low damage?

Weapon stats are strange a bit. Why are higher tier weapons slower? Simply adding more weight to a weapon, therefore more damage doesn't require materials of better quality.

Bastard sword is one handed in the game, should be 1h/2h.

One of the leg armor on looters has extremely high armor rating and very costly. It must be a bug.

Is it really intentional halberds can be used on horseback?

Smithing could be more realistic. When adding weight to a weapon, speed should decrease and vice versa. Not just 1-2 points.

A heavy horse armor should slow the horse and if it does, the player should get info about it.
What's the handling stat? There should be ingame info about it.
Why we aren't allowed to ride our horse in cities? They are big and it's boringly slow to walk everywhere. Why there is no saddle for civilian clothing set?
No harness:

Looters should be a bit culture specific, new variants needed for the Arabic and Mongol regions. Appearance of people and their clothing.

I think riding skill should give more maneuvre than speed.

Learning limit should be called something else because this name is quite deceptive. Skills may get higher than the limit so it's not a limit at all. It's just a learning advantage.
The sign of a limit shouldn't advance when the skill got higher than the limit. It would show how much the skill advanced above the "limit".

It would be nice if head bobbing could be turned off.

Module mismatch warning is quite vague. Is it possible to get some more clear explanation what the y/n answers mean? Yeah, one can find out after a while but it shouldn't be a guessing game.
This: 'Do you want to load the saved game with different modules?'

Map edges should be more visible when someone is close to them. From a bit further.

And killing fleeing people shouldn't give xp.
