SP - General Feature (No Bug) - Please add Enable/Disable death and birth to the campaign options

Hi Taleworlds, hi all bannerlords...

first sorry for my poor English. After 1076 days in the game I wonder, why my wife dont pregnant. One guy here on the forum advised me if I had checked the "Disable Birth and Dead" checkbox when creating the game. Unfortunately, I check this checkbox. It occurred to me, could you add choise "Enable/Disable birth and dead" in the "Campaign options"?

I believe that a lot of people would enjoy it ...
