As King, Ive had a feast in my town at least 5 times, each lasting 5 days and my storeroom is full to the gills but yet I have not had a single lord of my kingdom show up. What gives?

Do they all hate you? Are they imprisoned or on a military campaign? Maybe they are too far away. Or just on diets?

wilsonst, I am trying to reproduce this for the team. Can you please give me some details?

What mode are you playing in? Royal sandbox/normal sandbox?
Relations with lords?
How spread out is your kingdom? Do they have to pass through enemy territory to reach you?
As þörleifr says, is there a campaign going on, imprisoned lords etc?

Can you upload a save (use sendspace or any of these services and post the link here) during one of these no-show feasts?
