Favorite Warband Meme

Gabeed used his mighty HOBOSPEAR a lot back then. I remember dueling with him and running into him on battle mode often. He usually had the HOBOSPEAR if memory serves correctly.

mine: Hobospeech, Kabookie, olo (remember to use lowercase people! ), Shoryukens, jumping tornado attacks (before turn limit was implemented), flying superjumps.

first off theres the *ahem* OILING  of the long axe (Switching between two handed and polearm really quick)

and next theres the star wars style flailing of a two handed sword which has become more and more popular.

olos always done that starwars thing. and olo first saw TEST 'playing with the longaxe' on a village map.  everyone saw it,loved it, and try it too.

Way back when Gabeed (and pretty much all of the HOBOs) was quite fond of the warspear, it wasn't until about a month or so ago before he started to HOBOANNIHILATE everybody with the gaive. If mine memory serves me right.

aww  how i miss the animation bug that allowed us to do the most fear-inspiring battle pose   spear block up with no weapon out (see my forum pic)
could pull some awsome taunt poses by holding punches- then pulling your weapon out.

Allthough I know they were bugs and needed to be removed, they looked so cool and added so much style-  this game needs a taunt button (with unique taunts for certain weapon types)

So please people, the name is olo. And though I'm an EU player and never met him in-game, on the forum the olo/bolo/oloshield etc stuff always makes me laugh. HOBOspeech was quite cool, but by now it isn't as fun anymore as it used to be.

people like to name weapons a lot, its quite entertaining.  some weapon aliases come to mind:

warhammer: banhammer

warspear / spear : hobospear

sledgehammer: donkeykong hammer

club with spike: the olo bat

awlpike: the lawlpike

throwing weapons: olobane

ragged rodok armor: hobo armor

probably many more that olo cant think of at the moment
