Favorite Fraction

In Warband I like the Sarranids because their units look really cool and I enjoy fighting in the desert. Plus they're really well rounded.

In WFaS, I like the Crimean Khanate because their units look really cool. Plus, they're kind of the underdog, they always seem to be getting trounced by the Cossacks. Also, Janissaries.

Warband: Nords

WFAS: Kingdom of Sweden

And that's because, i'm from Denmark myself.. So i got to support my Scandinavian Brothers!
Nawh, but they are a good faction in the game.

OMG A DANMARK DUDE... they are rare these days. Lived in danmark for 5 years and always looking for nice danish people

My Favorite Eraction was In school.

Wasn't it really horrible when you had an erection at school and the teacher asked you to come up to the chalkboard to solve something?

ir you want jack of all trades, go for swedish reiters

Since most of my in-game contacts with Sweden are locate target-eliminate with the most painful ways-let the lord go to bring more sheep to the slaughter-find new target, it's hard to bother finding swedish reiters to recruit. The polish reiters, even if they are not as buffed as the swedish ones, they are a perfect complement to the Commonwealth troop tree, so I don't need any better version to have my tactics work out.
I'm just somewhat curious of the effectiveness of dragoons (not reiters) in sieges, since the swedish ones who are more common to encounter get in real trouble when your men get them in the range of their melee weapons. So, I'd like to find out if an adequate tactic with polish dragoons instead is better, since they seem to hold their ground more effectively.
Since the Commonwealth's most powerfull troops are actually cavalry, it seems like an idea to use them more during offensive sieges, were everyone's on foot.

Also, since we talk about reiters:

The first two guys upfront are polish reiters. Don't  they look somewhat different in the game? I personally prefer this look.

In game, Muscovite Reiters look similar to the Polish ones on the picture.

The helmet is of a similar shishak style, but the rest isn't quite what I would call similar. Good point, anyway.
I've made a little search though and it proves that at the time of the Deluge, the equipment of the Polish "Rajtaria" was like this:

So, the in-game reiters seem to be a pretty realistic depiction.

By the way, I forgot to add that the Polish dragoons carry shields, a further boost to their melee defensive abilities. In sieges, they make wonders. So, if you deploy a large mounted force while playing with the Commonwealth, take care to have a significant number of dragoons during sieges. So far, the most versatile wall storming troops of Poland-Lithuania. Highly recommended.

My favorite faction is cossacks.
I just love serduk veterans. Tho when you look at other faction`s they are probably stronger fro example Poland with their cavalry and Sweden armored musketeers.

Sweden doesnt have armored musketeers, just very good musketeers( unless finish one but he sucks)

I'm Pole, so pretty obviously Polish Republic. And Ukraine (means Cossack Hetmanate) as like half of my ancestors was born near Lvow.

well im from California so it's obvious i like the swedes
oh and warband, probably the nords though i played a lot of mods
Scandinavian culture is just too cool.

Ah, another Danish person!

I suppose I should also support my Scandinavian brothers, and I most certainly would if not for the lack of a Swedish story...

Anyway, not considering that:
WB: Rhodock.
WFAS: Sweden.
