Far Cry 2 texture flicker and display problems.

I have the Steam version of FC2, meet all the recommended requirements, and am running on Vista 32 bit on an underclocked GeForce 8800GTX (756MB).

When I play I get display issues which I really can't describe so I took a video.

Someone told me to update DX10, remove my drivers, and install the latest from Nvidia.com. When I did this, my frame rate seemed to get a bit smoother but the texture flicker remained.

Any ideas?

P.S - Not sure whether this should be in Other Games or not.

Steam, Antivirus programs, Xfire, Vista bull****.

If you mean other windows up in the background, nothing.
