Need More Info Family Members Can't Be Recalled

Summary: Once family members have been assigned to a caravan on console, the option to recall them is lost. They can't rejoin the party, though they can be disbanded. If disbanded, they become permanently stuck in the nearest fief, unable to be assigned to any role.
How to Reproduce: Assign a family member to a caravan. Attempt to recall family member.
